Sure, there are lots of attractive woman out there with graying hair. It should be your choice, do what you want.
I always thought I could go gray gracefully, but I can't. My high school reunion is coming up, I had a grade school reunion, and I just changed jobs. I needed to look a little younger. Next step is to cut my hair shorter, and get some curl, that is supposed to help, too. But is was my choice, no one pressured me.
The prettiest gray hair I ever saw was on a woman at work. Her hair was steel gray, no other color, and she had it cut at chin level, and curled it under. She hated it, everyone else commented how distinctive it was, one of a kind.
Go have a make-over, go to a make-up expert to choose colors that compliment your skin and hair.Reassess your hair stlye, maybe something a little younger would make you feel that you have offset some of the aging you might be feeling from the gray hair.
Good luck.

LOL ! When I stopped coloring mine for the same reason, I couldn't find the pepper....it was all salt. So I started coloring it again and haven't stopped since. Of COURSE women can be attractive with graying or even totally gray or white hair. I just don't happen to think I'm one of them. And since I'm my own worst critic, I'm the one I want to please most.

I know how you feel. I started greying when I was 22...that was 20 years ago. I never bothered to dye my hair because women tell me they like it that way. OK, I'm a man and you're a woman but I think a woman can be attractive with salt & pepper hair.

You might look good with gray hair - I do not. I think it depends on if you have pretty gray hair or yellow-gray hair. It also depends on how you feel about yourself. If you're happy, nothing else matters. Personally, I'm having my done tomorrow!! Yay!! (I'm 36)

Keep coloring. Gray makes you look older, especially salt and pepper.

Of course a woman can, my Dear Lady! A woman is as attractive as she believes herself to be. I asked myself the same thing you're asking yourself. I decided that I earned every one of the little buggers, they look good and I'm going to let my own otter-coloured (light brown and now with a silvery undercoat!) hair be itself. It's time we took back middle age from women trying to pretend they're in their twenties and give it the dignity it deserves...well, as much as I can give it when I play on the swings....I can't resist them.
PLEASE don't think I'm denigrating women who colour their hair. I think if you like it great...I wish I could be a red-head...I just don't have the colouring for it....whiiiine.....

Honestly, no. Wait until you're 75 before you consider letting it go grey.
