Bringing Out the Dead. It is a modern tragedy. The EMT's are quite possibly sicker than their patients! The dispatcher's send ups on Mr. Oh were hysterical. The hospital security and the triage nurse were supporting roles, but with such depth and wry humor they seemed more like stars. I love the supporting cast and Nicholas cage has lots of close ups. Not that he is particularly handsome, but he has a very interesting face. He reminds me of Jimmy Stewart, my all time favorite actor. Once I thought they were related; but they aren't.
A close second is Con Air. I loved it when Nick's character kept asking the guy to please put the bunny back in the box!

My favorite movie with Nicolas Cage is Moonstruck, with Cher, because of several memorable scenes, especially when he got slapped.

Wow. I love his movies he is a very diverse actor. I think my favorite role for him was Cameron Poe in Con Air. His portrayal of a cunning criminal was phenominal and of course he did it again in Face Off. In the family man you got to see a gentle fun loving side of his acting.

Great question!

Oh my god! I can't believe no one has said Vampire's Kiss yet. It had Jennifer Beals in it too. So hysterically ridiculous! It came out at least 13 or 14 years ago.
