my brother reciently (on his computer) added some songs from limewire onto my ipod and i cant add to or delete the songs on it already.... its as if there locked into it????? help!

Go to "ipod settings" on itunes, change from automatic update to manual update. Then "clear" the songs you don't want on there. If this dosen't work and wasn't what was wrong, email me for more detailed support.

like how is it locked? I normally go to the library of itunes then just click delete. The next time you update your ipod, it'll be erased. Or delete the song directly from your file (wherever it is saved), that way the iTunes would not be able to detect the song's origin (backup), just try it.

All you need to do is get a new iPod and put your songs on there or look up in the internet and find somebody who can fix your iPod!

attach the ipod to a computer then try going to "my computer" and your ipod should be there as a "mass storage device" try deleting files on it from there... hope that works
