i use revlon wet/dry pencil eyeliner and i reaLLy like but it alWAYSS smudges!!
now, i dont wanna switch and pay the extra $ cuz im broke
BUTT i heard that if u put a lil foundation or concealer or even POWDER?? on yur lid and bottom lashes, and then out yur eyeliner over it that it stays put ther and lasts longer??
can anyone confirm this or have any other ideas?? musH appreciated thank you!!

translucent powder is better than concealer under eye make up. I'm using it 4 years n its doin REALLY well..

I use Revlon colorstay eyeliner and it's great. It's not expensive (around $8 bucks) and it lasts all day. If you have trouble getting it off, buy some cheap eye makeup remover pads. I didn't find powder to work very well keeping it on. If you use a liquid concealer it will probably just smudge more. Good luck.

Buy liquid or waterproof liner. Its the same price and it wont move. Make sure not to rub your eyes during the day that will help. And if you are really broke....there is always an 800 number on all makeup packages find it and call it and tell them that something is broken ....like it was cracked or it wont go on smooth and the company will always send you free coupons. It works with anything even food. When I was broke living on my own I did this with everything from Cereal to Maxi pads. And they dont just give you one free coupon they usually give you like 4 at a time. Good Luck

I use N.Y.C liquid eyeliner and that stays on very well & it's cheap, like 2.00. When I used a pencil, I use Avon pencil eyeliner.It glides on smooth with no tugging. I put liquid to powder foundation from Avon on my eyes before I put on shadow & eyeliner. It works for me

you can try using foundation or concealer under your eye liner BUT if it's too oily, you may smear even more. i would try the powder as long you are careful not to get any in the eye

I use the best eyeliner, it never comes off and is easy to apply; not to pricey either. Its Revlon color stay liquid liner, take it from me my liner stays in place all day! Try it..

i also use that eyeliner although its hard to find now here in fla,, i do put a foundation on under my eyes first .. but what i do is.. wet my face, put the foundation on my face and rub it in all togther, it blends awesomely...and helps hold my eyeliner

a small dab of concelor on eye lids can make the eyeliner and even eye shadow stays on longer...i do that all the time....
