k for your butt just do squats...it tones the muscle in your butt. for stomache do tummy crunches. works for me when im not being lazy

Well, if you don't want muscles pushing up your bootie, then the only other thing that can go back there is fat. Personally, I do the StairMaster at the gym and it has worked wonders for my tush. My abs. are already rock hard...again muscle. It's much better than fat. If you're trying to make your stomach smaller overall, then lose overall body fat and do some abdominal exercises. The tighter your muscles are, the more they will pull in, which will give you that flat, smaller look you're going for.

stomach smaller-smaller portions of food will change your appetite. you should eat every 2-3 hours something small and healthy. then do tons of sit-ups and the one where you put your hands on your hips and bend side-ways.(sorry, don't know the name)
butt bigger-lunges! and squats! lots! if you got a little butt-it will help. eat some green veggies too, it helps, don't know why?
you shouln't get too big muscle-wise, but you'll have more energy and want to do it more and more. you'll be amazed in three weeks!

I don't know how to make your butt bigger but if you do sit-ups for your stomach your butt should look bigger by comparison. Also, don't run stairs or long distances as a workout...that will make your butt smaller.

I personally eat what I want, but I do alot of walking around the city. I don't get a ride if it's close enough to walk.

sit ups will make your stomach smaller. but i cant do those so i cheat a bit and do a whole bunch of crunches instead.
as for your butt..well theres a bunch of 'butt-ercises' that you can do. i think the easiest one would be clenching and unclenching your butt muscles

Push ups for stomach...and..I dont work on my butt...=S but i guess you could try scrunches your butt? That would create muscles though..How bout eating fatty foods? But that would make your stomach big..Hmm...try and search it on google..a lot of celbrities have methods for that.
