Thinking too much can stress you. Don't always try to solve every problem. Time heals all wounds.
Anger is a physical manifestation. It MUST come out some way. If thoughts race through your mind, you are overloading your brain and not letting anger take it's needed course of action.
To deal with anger constructively, you must act it out and we know hitting people, yelling at people etc. is wrong. So the answer is to take a walk when you are mad, or kick box a bag in the garage. Even scream when you are really alone to get it out.
If you keep it in, it not only hurts the mind, but stress and anger cause illness. Have you ever been really stressed and felt it in your back or head instantly? Backache or headache? I remember when as a child I would be told I am getting a spanking. The waiting was the worst part. I made myself ill with what could come.
Be well and find an outlet. Oh, and tell yourself this over and over...
" people make choices based on what is good for them at the time and not to hurt others or tick them off. And everyone has a different perspective and different experience which may influence the choice they make."

The experts say yes--"probably".
One of the most respected experts is Dr Dean Ornish, who says heart disease can be cured by lifestyle changes. This is more than just eating right and exercising. It is also learning how to relax, let go of negativity, and develop your spiritual life.

Ever heard the saying "he/she is too mean to die?"
There is actually some evidence that people who get angry rather than bottling their feelings are less likely to suffer stress related conditions.
But I never went to med school, and I am very laid back, so don't go by me.
