Any form of cheating, whether it is corking the bat, purposely trying to hurt another player, or using illegal substances to make you stronger.

Ach, I don't think any of those examples could be the "most" unsportsmanlike thing. Sports are emotional undertakings, and things happen that players regret later on.
When true unsportsmanlike stuff happens, it is NOT the result of emotional stress, but pre-meditated. Or, feelings that don't go away after the game is over. The baseball player booting the catcher example in the video is closest.
In my opinion, the most unsportsmanlike thing is when one player doesn't have respect for his opponent. That sounds light, but it can breed something major. If sports has nothing, it is competition. And there would be no competition if there was no one to play against. For one player to disrespect his opponent and hope that demeaning him will get him off his game enough for him to lose is the most unsportsmanlike thing.
Unsportsmanlike play is making fun of an opponent after you score on him, even though scoring is inevitable.
Unsportsmanlike play is carrying ill will off the playing field and into the streets.
Unsportsmanlike play is not ensuring that everyone is enjoying the game, and only thinking of yourself.
Sure, there are lots of examples, but disrespect is the worst.

That Barrett punk of the Cubs cowardly cold cocking AJ for doing his job at home plate!

Then again, that whack job who ran onto to field at new Comiskey and started pounding on that old 1st base coach of the Royals 4 years ago.

Paying people for something they love, thereby sucking the love out of it. Then elevating it to divine status in front of children. Then building stadiums named after vampires instead of putting the money into public school systems.

well, the whole Zidane head butt was crazy, but considering how crazy soccer fans are, it doesn't surprise me.

I think Marcus Vick stepping on that guy last year was totally out of line, but I'm sure there have been worse things.

Edit: I agree with the person before me, Tyson biting his opponent was much worse than Vick's outburst
