I'm pretty sure it says "vain" and not "vein" Veins are those things that your blood moves around in. Vain is related to Vanity. Here's a relevant definition of vain from webster.com

It is vain, not vein. I be believe it means do not use the name of the lord as a profane word, for example G*0 Damn, or Goooooooood or Jesus. I do not believe that you are supposed to use Gods name unless you are talking to God or about God.
