It sounds more like a problem with your pressure tank or the pump itself. Call in a tech.

Even if you had a slow leak in your plumbing after the pressure tank ... it should re-pressurize when it hits the low pressure point, and triggers the pump switch.
Youve got 2 possible problems/solutions... youve got a bladder tank that needs to be recharged (literally, pump some air into it), and/or you need to replace the pressure switch. The bladder tank will have a small valve on it, like a valve stem on a tire, or wheel. Check the pressure with a tire gauge. If it is low, simply attach an air pump, either hand pump, (as in a bicylce pump), or an air compressor.. and inflate to the pressure your tank says it should have. If you have to do this repeatedly... then the bladder tank needs to be replaced.
The second problem area with most wells, is the pressure switch... these do rust over time, and stick.... you can replace this with a new unit bought at your local hardware store (who should also have a selection of bladder tanks, if you need one). Pressure switches come in different ranges...so get the one to fit your needs. Probably the most common pressure switch, is made by Square D... if your well has a 110 pump, there should be 3 wires...if 220, then 4... lol.. of course, turn the electric off to the well pump, before working on the pressure switch, hehehehe. If you remove the plastic cover, you can inspect the switch itself.... there will be a threaded bolt, with a spring on it... most often, this gets rusted, and tends to stick.
Replacing a pressure switch, and/or bladder tank is not terribly difficult..most DIY'ers can handle these type of repairs themselves. Safety first... remember to shut off the power to the well.
Good Luck!
