Neil Bush is a younger brother of W. He keeps a very low profile because he was one of the major players in the big savings and loan collapse in the 1980's. Of course, the government (read: daddy) bailed him out.
He now heads a software company that makes an application required for the "No Child Left Behind" act. Nice, huh?

Bush does have another brother besides Jeb. He is also the least talked about in dis-association from the family with his misdealings in the business world and financial world. Comparing him though two Jeb and G W? Eh-not really a reasonable choice since not much of the family associates with him for his poor choices in life. And yes his name is Neil.

He's George's younger brother. He was involved in the Savings and Loan scandal in the 80s. He's a crappy businessman just like George.
He currently owns a company that provides educational software.

He was indicted and convicted of savings and loan fraud in the Silverado Savings and Loan federal bail out. He had prostitutes sent to his hotel room in China. He got married two or three years ago, but his brother did not attend the wedding.
