thirteenth step down from top of staircase, there is a plaque that denotes the 5,280 feet elevation

Ha! I was just there...don't remember which one it was, but it was pretty far from the two cannons out front, pretty close to the front doors of the building. It's marked on the riser...

IT'S MARKED ON THE ACTUAL STEP, YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT. IT'S IN FRONT OF THE STEP IF I REMEMBER RIGHT. THERE IS A LITTLE MEDALLION...
