well it all depends what ur apartment complex covers some cover all bills like light, trash, water, and cable while most just cover the water bill

electricity...most of the time the water and sewage is paid...food...sometimes there is no washer and dryer and u need to invest in one...pest control is usually taken care of...mainly just your other needs
