Last weekend was a long one for me and I spent it with friends camped out on an airfield north of Denton Maryland USA, flying hang-gliders.
http://www.aerosports.net/
The weather was perfect and the flights were awesome. The visibility was unlimited, and at altitude we could see the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Chesapeake Bay to the west, and New Jersey to the north. There were around 10 pilots and several students there for lessons. One guy flew over 90 miles, another flew for over 4 hours, which is amazing considering that we are towed up to 2500 feet, and without finding thermal lift we will glide back down in about 10 minuets. Just about everybody got to 5000 feet or better, we just flew all over the area, and nobody landed until they felt like it. Even the students in the tandem gliders with the instructors were able to gain altitude and stay aloft for long periods of time.
It’s hard to have more fun than that. Late in the day over dinner and a cold beer we shared moments of the day. It was breezy and cool, no bugs, just about perfect.

Before the weekend list up things that you want to do.
