you cant
hell lash out at you the minute you do
just report him
do you understand how broad and vague sexual harassment can be? by definition, its the feeling it produces in you, the victim, that is what matters, and ultimately, what constitutes harassment. not what he actually DOES.
but how it makes you feel, you see?
make the preemptive strike of reporting him
as the boss, he shouldnt be coming on to any employees
and as a married man, he shouldnt be coming on to ANYONE
and as an older man, he shouldnt be coming on to you, a younger girl
dont second guess yourself on this
if you felt it, its real
report him

dont do anything yet cause if he is just sending signals, he will flatly deny and say you are the one flirting with him.. the boyfriend idea is good but my suggestion is just give him enough rope to hang himself... he probably thinks he is some studmuffin or something.... find out where he lives and show up at his doorstep, with his wife at home... i gurantee he will stop after that..

Get a ring and tell him you are engaged. He should back off if he is a man with good morals

If he goes any farther than flirting, like if he starts touching you or making plans to do stuff with you... report him

Ignore him if possible and avoid him. I had a similar situation with a coworker and that's what I did.

Tell him bluntly STOP, if he does not, and continues, or stops, but treats you like crap, etc, file a complaint.
