Absolutely ! What a great idea ! You've got the romance, the water, the sights the drama the key coded doors. Then you have the drama as word spreads that so and so has the illness. We can watch engrossed as everyone scrambles to find out if someone they danced with may have danced with you know who. The guy laying in a hospital in a dance similar to the one of Tom Hanks to Madame Butterfly in Philadelphia. A real modern day fairy tale.
