What is a way to access more training when managers don't want to communicate with you, even though they 'say' they do; until a mistake is made? They were excited about my attitude on offering employment and now have stepped back. I want to offer the best service. They must see potential and I am learning. Only been there about 2.5 weeks.

I guess it depends on what type of job you do. There is a lot of information out there to help with many different fields, either at your local bookstore or online. Keep your chin up, do your very best and if need be, corner a manager and ask them one on one how to improve a situation, and keep looking for information on how to do better whatever it is you are doing.
