Personally, my fave is Michael Myers, even though his movies scare me to death!

Michael Myers is a legend first time i saw Halloween i was 15 and it scared the hell out of me then i went and saw it next night movie is that good! Michael Myers is my pick! He is still scary!

There are lots of cool horror villains out there (including Michael Myers), but my favorite by far is the Tall Man, the main villian of the "Phantasm" films. He resurrects the dead and makes them into zombie slaves, controls these killer flying orbs that lodge themselves in people's heads, and always pops back up just after having "died" (for about the 80th time or so). What I like best about him is that he's PURE evil!
Most other horror villains are scary, yeah, but they have a good side as well, or you at least feel sorry for them. Michael and Jason are just tragically messed-up kids. Freddy, Leprechaun, Chucky, and Hannibal are always making wisecracks. Candyman and Samara are as much victims as they are murderers. You're scared of them, but they are still likeable in a way. Not the Tall Man, though. He has no "nice side", no sense of humor, no sympathy-inducing sob story, no ANYTHING that could be remotely interpreted as good. He's a cold, mean, evil old man without a kind bone in his superhumanly powerful body... and I wouldn't have it any other way!

My personal favorite, i guess i would have to say favorites, is Captain Spalding, and Otis from , House of 1000 corpses and The Devils Rejects, I may be a little biased though, Rob Zombie is like my favorite human being i have saw him in concert 6 times and going to see him again on the 30th with godsmack. Arnold was pretty good in the orginal terminater....

Oh yes. Michael Myers is CREEPY! lol. But, my personal favorite is Samarra off of The Ring. She's so...evil.

Chuckie, because he was the only one who scared me to death. I watched that movie for the first time 2 months ago, and I'm still scared of dolls, and still afraid of the dark. So I keep all the lights on in my house and I carry a baseball bat with me, in case I hear the pitter-patter of his feet.

I liked Christian Bale in American Psycho, I can't remember the name of his character, but he was so hot in it, and his obsessiveness with cleanliness and just the way he went about as if he was untouchable.
