I think everyone wants to be prayed for whether it's for their health or for something good to happen. I pray every night and include others that I do not know to either find Jesus and accept God into their hearts, or pray for the healing of the sick... Just a general prayer for those I do not know. If you would, anyone, just add a prayer the health & well-being of others.

Thank you
Sarah

I do not actively want to be prayed for. In the end, I am responsible for my decisions, my actions, my life. If people want to pray for me, I will certainly raise no objections, but it is not an act I willingly seek.

not really...

as the great comedian, David Cross said, "I love it when christian people tell me that they're going to pray for me. I say: 'really? that's awesome- i'm going to go do some blow, then **** that girl over there, but you have the praying under control, right? thank you very much!"

It depends. Sometimes certain people say that they will "pray for me" but it seems really hypocritical when you see that same person do lots of unhealthy personal behaviors. I would rather see them put that energy into making themselves better than to ignore their problems and focus on mine.

Yes, I'd like it very much if you prayed for me. I just need God's blessing. Thank you and God bless you.
