reality is whats going on with the world now as in your conciousness and fantasy is what you imagine in your subconcious and i know this is an odd answer

Reality appears the same to everyone, fantasy changes with the observer.

Reality persists after you stop believing in it.

Reality works by the same rules all the time.

Reality makes sense.

Perception.

Reality and fantasy are all about perception. I one met this homeless man who introduced himself as "Abraham Lincoln, liberator of slaves." Now obviously he wasn't Abe, but he believed he was.

It's all about perception.
