I think you should cool down abit and think. Why do you have that fish in the first place? Don't you like it anymore? Why do you put them together ( if you know they will fight, more worse)? Since you have lost one of them, you should care for the other no matter how much you hate him cos if you kill it accidentially, you would have nothing left. And if you really want to punish him, then punish yourself cos you are the owner and you are the one who place them together/ never look after them properly. Just treated it as a lesson cos' fishes don't ever know what's going on and they are life too. Have some mercy for them, okay..

lol you can't punish a fish and if kitty is studied enough to mess with the fish or get that close to a fish bowl then that's kitty own fault

you DONT punish ur fish, its mean enough to punish other pets like dogs, fish dont know any better, they arent the smartest animal. Just DONT kill them, and be nice, like i said, fish dont know any better.
