A) The knowledge that if I wet the bed, I'll be the one to change the sheets and clean it up. That will take more energy than getting out of bed and going to the bathroom.
B) Not wanting to sleep in my own excrement is a good motivator.

Urgent requests from mother nature to get my tired, lazy,a.....
up out of bed and relieve myself. Otherwise face angry husband
who will have to get up in order for me to change the sheets.
Just not worth the hassle so I find the strength to take care of business.
