It's really dependant on what I'm wearing... if I'm wearing a low cut shirt.. I guess I would be lieing if I didn't expect them to notice. But generally, eye contact is a great thing. I won't hold it against the guy if he does it.. unless I'm considering dateing him. Otherwise, its normal and to be expected =p
