i broke the rules, and didn't know. apologized to everyone and they still kicked me off? i still have all my points, and stuff? i don't get it?

You haven't been kicked out. You still have an account, they probably just deducted a few points for whatever it s they feel you did wrong.

I think you just got warned to change your behavior. If you were kicked off, the only way to get back on would be to create a new id.
