My images arent loading, how do i fix this?

my images wont load on websites, how do i fix this.
In a computer for dummies type of way?

Delete your internet cookies and such. If it doesn't work then update your microsoft system. http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

There are many people having that problem lately.

Click the express installation..
