Most of the time people like your fiancee's ex are not happy with seeing others happy. She may have wanted all the things that you two have now and is jealous of it.
Also she may just want to get back at him for something that may have occurred in their past relationship. It is hard to tell why some people are this way. I advise that you let him handle this situation.She may feel threatened by you and it may cause her to be even meaner to you fiancee.
Just make sure that you support him and to make sure that he continues to be the bigger person in that situation. Always make sure to tell him that he is a good dad and a great man. This will keep him from falling into the trap of negativity that his ex exert toward him and yourself.
She may never become friendly with you both, but remember, once that kid turns eighteen, she wont have to deal with her anymore. Good Luck and God Bless!

because she still loves him,and no mastter what she will always because she has his child a male can let go and forget and have no feelings but when a female has a child to a man whom she thinks is the one once they break up unfortunately for the guy he is stuck with her for life and you will be stuck with her literally because she has his son unless he wants to not see his son and decide to cut the ties and start over and a family with you she will always be there to get between the two of you some how

Some people have a hard time letting go and moving on. Maybe she sees through your love and appreciation of her ex, all the good things she gave up by not being with him anymore. Just be nurturing towards the child. Let her sabotage and taint the relationship with her ex and own son.

Probably because there are a lot of unresolved issues between the two of them. Shes probably still hurting even though she has another man. I , myself feel a lot of anger toward my ex. I am fine until he comes around. I still have a lot of unresolved issues and all I feel toward him is anger. Sometimes its hard to let go. Try to be understanding and be especially good to his child. B/c she is not happy with her life, if she was she wouldn't have time to worry about you and what you and your fiancee are doing. She probably wishes that your man was really her man still and she is probably determined to make your lives miserable, but don't give her that power b/c she will try if she could.
