My last period was 7/1 really light for 3 days. the past few days I have been spotting off and on have had horrible cramps so I thought I had started my period but everytime I think I start the bleeding has stopped. I've been really sick to my stomach and have been eating chewable maalox tablets like candy. I was at Walmart earlier and just on an offbeat thought I bought a pregnancy test--just a walmart brand cheapy because I thought it was waste of money since I have Polycystic ovarian sydrome and can't get pregnant without medical help supposably. I had a gastric bypass a year ago and lost 200 pounds but still weigh about 200. But the pregnancy test came back positive! I almost died. I went out tonight and bought a name brand test just to double check it. That test also says pregnant..I have another test because my hubby swears I am suppose to test when I wake up so I will do as he says but will be calling my Dr at 8am when the office opens.Can you get 2 false positive tests?

You probably are pregnant. the bleeding could be from the implantation of the fertilized egg into your uterus. congratulations!!

congratulations, I hope it all works out. I had spotting and thought well here comes my period cause the test i had taken a few days earlier was negative. But a week later I felt so ill I took another test, actually i did 5 different brands. They were all positive, i guess thats cause Im pregnant. Having a huge weight loss may have helped you to conceive.

Two false positives are not likely. You can get pregnant without medical help. I know many people who were told that too but it always happens when you least expect it. I would stop taking the maalox until you find out whether or not you are pregnant for sure.

you usually don't get 2 false positive tests. I wish I could be seeing a positive test.
But just to make sure, go to the Doctor and get a blood test done. That will tell you for sure if u are or not. Blood tests are the most accurate.

Yeah, sounds like you are pregnant. But, of course, the doctor has to confirm it. In the meantime stop taking the tablets. They could be harmful.

NOPE CONGRATS YOU ARE PREGO! It is VERY rare to have more then 1false +. And that usually happens when you are taking meds that say it has the hormone HCG in it. Sounds like you are. CALL THAT DOCTOR! Also congrats on your weight loss. Goodluck
