both are important in different ways, you have to spend your money to keep the economy strong and in turn earn more... but you also need to save, to buy more big ticket items and prepare for retirement.

WELL I WOULD SAY SAVING AND THEN SPENDING MONEY, THEY ARE THE SAME THING.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE A BILL THATS $450 WHAT WOULD YOU DO, SAVE IT OR SPEND IT TO PAY THE BILL. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SAVE YOU WILL ALWAYS USE IT
