I have a tilted uterus and had no problem getting pregnant.. Aside form the obvious (having sex), make sure you are doing it during your ovulating days. You can find that out by buying an ovulation kit from walmart, you put some spit on it, and it will show you whether youare ovulating or not. And pretty much just wait it out. Don't think about it too much, don't stress about it. Just enjoy your husband, and definitely enjoy your sex life without having to worry about getting pregnant... it will happen. My husband and I got married and started trying immediately... I got pregnant 6 months later and now we have a healthy 5 month old baby girl :o) Hope it happens soon to you.. good luck!

Make sure you have sex on your fertile times. So around days 12-16 of your cycle and 5 days before durnign and after your period. Try to have a pillow under your hips while having sex. Also stay in the postion 20 mins afterword. Make sure you stay healthy along with him and that should do it. Goodluck

It is very hard to get pregnant with a tilted uterus. You need to talk with a OB Gyn and they will advise you on the best methods.

Yea sex when it is your ovulation time, if you don't know there is a test for that you could buy at the store and no difference that the uterus is tilted..

Prop your pelvis up after sex for awhile. It took us 2 and 1/2 years to get pregnant the 1st time. After I started doing this it didn't take long.

Give up on trying to get pregnant, buy yourself a new wardrobe and awesome clothes you just cant wait to wear then it will happen

lay on your back wrap your legs around him and lift your hips. when he has a orgasm only have him in about 3 inches. this will help create a pol of sperm on the cervix.BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR HIPS UP KNEES IN CHEST IF POSSIBLE!USE PILLOW FOR SUPPORT.DO NOT COUGH MOVE AROUND OR GET UP FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES.ALSO BE SURE YOU ARE OVULATING.THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET PREGNANT AND I NOW I HAVE!GOOD LUCK
