I think it make no sense even though I know as everyone does it's just a metaphor....

There's a big difference between good looking and sexy. It doesn' t make any sense.

"Sexy" is most often used as a compliment. But then its a word and what’s matters is the meaning it implies or holds. There are few commonly used terms and phrases to describe/ compliment people, beings and objects. Guess, it shows how much an object or person appeals to the senses.

because sexy has always been used to describe how something looks...defined: Arousing or tending to arouse sexual desire or interest.

because good looking has been deemed as a phrase only for the "beautiful people". i think turtles are good looking....to say they are sexy i guess i'd have to be a male turtle!
