Since you don't know where system32 is I assume you don't know what is there, therefore I would suggest you don't even open it. Especially if something pop-ed up on your screen and told you to delete something from there.

Only open it if you’re trying to learn new stuff about Windows and if that is not your main PC. You can screw up bad if you mess with the files in that folder.

Anyway, to get there:
Start=> Run => then type system32 => and click OK or hit enter

Why in the international might want to you imagine that deleting the System32 folder might want to help you to be able to play video games?? it would want to help human beings which could also help you in case you totally clarify the problem because resorting to that's merely rash. by no skill delete that folder. same thing are a few ways to access it. The Sys32 is a very vunerable area in the Windows Shell that is oftimes maliciosly accessed to encode or run scripts. The Hosts file is in the same area.

start>run type 'c:\windows\system32\
your now on system32 folder

or

double click my computer>click the c:\ or the dar disk>click on windows, then look for system32 folder, its ryt there.

ps: c:\ is the default system windows,
if have partitions or other hard disk just change it.
d:\ e:\ f:\ etc

click "run"
type "C:\Windows\system32"
