NO! Its uncomfortable. And why do you need support while yer sleeping. Its so much nicer not having a bra on. Theres no real big benefit of wearing to it. Plus yer bra falls apart sooner and the underwire may start poking you. Sports Bras are different though.

I do. But i heard that wearing a bra too long 24/7 of cos except bathing... there is a higher chance of getting breast cancer... wondering if it is true?

No cause your breasts can hold themselves up a little on there own now. If you wear one to bed you aren't giving them a break and they WILL become saggy when you get older. And no push up bra can help after a while.

I don't beacuse I have sensitive skin and break out if I don't expose my skin to some air. It can be a comfort issue for large breasted women who flop heavily if they roll over in bed. It's really just a matter of personal comfort.

Depends on how large you are. In my case heck no, I jerk my bra off as soon as I get home.

there is no health problems or benfits form wearing bra to bed , I know that i'm comfortable wearing one to bed, my house is full with boys ,so it is totlay up to you.

yeah because it is proven if u wair a bra with a wire to bed when u get older they dont "sagg as much" (srry if i offended anyone)
