Yes, my son & do together. I also save all my change at the end of the week. I let him clear out my change pocket in my wallet & change drawer in the Honda. He has a plastic jar with an electronic counting lid that tells you what coin you put in, quarter, nickle, dime or penny. We filled it to the top a few times & went to the movies on the money. Sometimes, we dip into the change to buy an ice cream from Dairy Queen or Coldstone Creamery. A few times, my son's used the money to buy a book or a toy he's wanted. Now we're saving to go to Gameworks, a nearby arcade where we can play games for tickets.

Yeah rightio, chance would be a fine thing. I save buttons for rainy days not pennies ;)

I have one of those huge old whiskey bottles and save in that, every christmas eve my kids go to the arcade with it while I arrange the house this end for christmas morning.

You bet your bottom dollar I do and now I have about 876,908 in a big container. I am after the worlds record for pennies or do you mean the coloured ones that coaches give to players on opposing teams?

yes, I have an old Jim Beam bottle that's 2 feet tall and it probably has pennies from 1969 down on the bottom. You'd be surprised how quick they add up.

Yes! I put them in my ceramic frog bank. When froggy gets full my daughter empties froggy and counts out my pennies. Then
she rolls them for me and gives me the total. I put the rolled pennies in my underwear drawer and save them for a rainy day.
