My way (similar to the others, but different):
No Firefox needed. Just Firefox enhanced.
No FLV Player needed. Just FLV Player enhanced.
Use this website:

Then download this:
http://rainscape.org.uk/flvconvert.zip
This converts the .flv files to .mpeg (can be played in Real Player)

you may need software called FLV player though. Search for it.

Firefox has an extension for this....check it out; although you always have to go online, streaming or not, dummy.
