chicken poxs? if she scratched at them they could turn into blisters
or they could be sun blisters if youve been taking her out without proper protection

It could be chicken pox or rubella or maybe even an allergic reaction in any case, a pediatrician should be called immediately if not that, then the baby should be taken to the ER and have her have bloodwork done to see what this may be. Does she have fever? Diarrhea? Swelling? If any of these symptoms are also present on your baby then please take her to the ER immediately. Good Luck mom.

Maybe she got bit by something in the night? I'd make an appointment with the pediatrician A.S.A.P.

I kind of did some research and came upon this site: http://momo.essortment.com/whatcausesimp_rcct.htm
I would take her to the Dr's and get it evaluated asap....
Please let me know what you find out and I hope everything is well.
