I want protection that is pretty good. For example: it's gotta be like made in 2006 or 2005! Please let me know.

Also free............with lifetime registration and very frequent updates to the virus definitions database within the software. I've been using this software for about 4 months with no problems that couldn't be resolved quickly.

you can try AVG antivirus it is from GRISOFT. it works pretty good for a free anti virus program
