My coworker was offer another position at work. Because problably was not working constantly. He was married and has kids. He refuse and still there.
I was offered another position also refuse. Because not working constantly. Me, I am not married and has no kids. I got fired.
Who should I talk to besides the people at work about this insidint?

It is difficult to prove discrimination actually occurred; you'll need some documentation and witnesses. It doesn't sound like much happened based on the short description you wrote; there wasn't much work and an employer had to let one of you go. If you push it, the employer may be able to prove the other worker was better than you, and hat could be a painiful experience. Most bosses have to justify laying off a person and will find ways to show you're not as good as the other guy.

Also, if you pursue it, it could become a black mark against you in the future.

It's just a job; there are more out there.

It's only discrimination if it was because of something like your race, gender, being over age 40, or veteran status. Otherwise might be favoritism, but that's not illegal.

Being single, or having no kids, is not a protected class.
