To start with, I think this question is fake, but on the very slim chance it isn't, I will aswer.
It is none of your business.
Do you know all about the 15 year old? Do you know her medical history? Do you know there isn't a very good reason for your friend doing all this? Unless you have the whole story, just mind your own business.
The other thing I'm concerned with and the reason I think this is a fake question. You said your friend is 30, that means she was 15 when she had the baby and I doubt that at that age she reaised it alone and would have had some more adult intervention as to how the child was raised. The other thing is you say you are 18, I don't know many 18 year olds with boyfriends that hang around with 30 year olds with kids.
Either way, time to move on and find something else to complain about.

OMG.. No this isn't right.. You are horrible for even sitting by and not already doing something about it. You realize that this is child abuse and child endangerment and in a court of law you would be guilty also.. You people are lucky i dont know who you are.. Yes She is messed up. Is she a good Mom. Hell no..Ican't believe you are even thinking twice about this.. Anyway i hope this question was a joke.. Okay this must have been a joke this girl asking the question is 18 and the girl is 15 and her friend is the mother i likely doubt it..

This what i think you should sit down with the mom an talk to her and the daugther and tell them that she is 15 years old and that she has to grow up and for the mom that she needs to talk to the daugther about it because she is in high school I think that 15 years old do not do those thing and mom do not do those thing for there 15 years olds for the being a good mom it not that is not a good mom it that she dose not want her baby to grow up and that not what a bad mom would do ......................... so take it easy and talke to them slow

No, she isn't being a good mom. It's ok to not want your kids to grow up, but this is ridiculous. Tell her that her daughter needs to grow up. She shouldn't be breasting feeding and having her suck on pacifiers. The mother and daughter needs to see a doctor and quick.

First, is this for real? Second, is the 15 yr old mentally handicapped or something?Third, is this some sort of a game they play? (If it is, breastfeeding!?) If not, then I recommend calling CPS. This is way beyond abnormal. You owe it to the child.

Well it's not your kid and really none of your business unless there is abuse happening, then you have a responsibility to report this to authorities. How would you feel if your friend was sticking her nose in the way you raise your children?

You need to call child services.
At this pace the daughter won't leave home until she's 65.
