less is the best...! too much chemicals or harsh ingredients can damage your skin in the long way. It is true that about 80% of the wrinkles are cause by sun rays. Smoking will also cause small wrinkles and let very dangerous chemicals destroy your skin, alcohol and other drugs affect the absortion of vitamins and other nutrients important in the healing of the skin.
But also keeping a healthy diet(vitaminis A, C and E are EXCELLENT and the ESSENTIAL antioxidants your body needs) , and exercesing regularly will not only help you look so fresh and young but will also prevent many other things.

I don't think that there is any way to completely prevent wrinkles, we will all get them some day. Wear sunscreen everyday even if it's not sunny and/or you're not out in the sun. You'd be surprised how much sun you get just riding in a car. Moisturize and take care of your skin. Drink plenty of water and don't forget to exfoliate.

Moisturize! People with naturally oily skin have less wrinkles. Also helps to stay out of the sun. Don't smoke or drink heavy either.
