I think it depends on what stage of life you are in. I am dating someone who is 15 years older than me. I am in my 30's and he is in his 40's. We have a lot in common and really enjoy each others company. If I would have met him when I was twenty I probably would have thought differently. I however do think there is a limit. I think if someone who is say in there 20's is dating someone in there 50's or older something is wrong with one or both of them.

Men have a different way of thinking comparable to women of the same age group. A 16 yr old little girl will be behaving like a woman but the same age boy will be still a child. You can compare the behaviour maturity of 16 with 21.

So the man should be atleast 3 years elder than the woman for marriage.

Don't take the so called celebrities as the role models, they do much on skin and money and not for a long standing unity. Thats the reason they split just easily like sand and mud.

I don't think age matters at all as long as they love each other it's ok. When I start really thinking about it though it's creepy, like a 15 year age difference, when the older person was 25 the person they are seeing would of be 10, that's creepy, so I try not to think of it that way as I worked with someone whose husband was 35 years older. But it really doesn't matter.

okay my boyfriend is 10 years younger than I am, and when we got together 6 years ago, I looked a lot younger then. I mean I have aged a lot in the last 2 years. It was time, you know, no one is immortal it does catch up with you eventually.
I find myself thinking man I wish he would slow down some. I am tired. and I wonder how it is going to go if I age this fast in the next 2 to come. He is still young and I am defintely feeling my age.
Time will tell, and I think he really does love me, I just don;t love him as much as I did, it is weird I have to say.

Once you're past your teens, 10 years is about the max age difference that you can really relate with. I've dated men older and younger, and much older than that, he starts sounding like your father - music, interests, etc. If you go younger, after a while they sound like your kids or nephews. Very creepy either way.

it depends on the couple and whether one is looking for a trophy or if they find true companionship with each other. I am 7 years younger and we have tons in common and a friend of mine is only 1 year different and they have nothing in common except their kids--so age doesn't mean anything if everyone is an adult

ok i would say age is just a #. if u r truly interested in someone then **** it. but if u r under like 23 then stay in ur own age bracket i wouldn't go any farther then 10 or 15 years or any lower than 3
