The Steelers relied on the Bus a lot to get those tough yards, they have no other RB to do that for them now. The division is a lot better this year. The Ravens got the QB Steve McNair they have needed, the defense will have both Reed and Lewis back this year, Jamal Lewis should be better this year and they have signed a few other good players to the team.

The Browns are going no where this year, but they are a better than last year. The Bengals are a better team with their signings and a team that has playoff experience and ready to take over the division.

I'm gonna be hated by a lot of people for this, but I don't think they'll get as lucky as they did last year.

With Bettis retiring, they have no one they can turn to for those short yardage/goal line/clutch situations. Parker goes down as soon as he's hit, Staley needs to go to a retirement home, and Haynes really hasn't proven he is tough enough to handle the load.

And in losing Randle-El, they lost a major piece of the offense. Because the defense doesn't have to pay special attention to him anymore, they can key on "normal" play, which will make things tougher.

Then there was Ben's off-season escapades. How is he going to react when he takes that first hard hit? and has he become concussion susceptable? If so, that means Charlie Batch will be playing a lot.. which means.. a Batch of losses.

The D Line is still good, but they need to return to the Blitz-burgh days. Their secondary (with the exception of Polamalu) is pitiful when it comes to coverage.. they will get burned more often than not if the line can't force the opponents QB to hurry up.

I really don't see the Steelers as much more than an 8-8 team.

unlike everyone else, i dont even think theyll make the playoffs, they lost too many key players, and the ref who won the superbowl for them was fired.
