How about Astral? They're an unorthodox band based out of Norfolk, Virginia. Apparently they're trying to successfully merge Trance and Power Metal into one genre, and from what I've heard by them they've succeeded pretty damn well. Oddly enough, I ran across them on V-Cast a couple weeks ago and was pretty impressed. Some of their stuff borders on Industrial Metal, so if you like heavy stuff try 'em out.
Another band I suggest is Eisbrecher. Formed after Noel Pix and Alex Wesselsky left Megaherz over creative differences, Eisbrecher has gone on to become the leading band in the newly emerging German sub-genre of Electro-trip Rock. They sound like they could be somewhere between Electronica and Industrial Metal. If you like Rammstein, Megaherz, Joachim Witt, or anything hard and in German, you'd like Eisbrecher. I found them on Myspace first, and am currently in the process of downloading their demo off of eMusic.com (they were recently signed to AFM Records, so I don't think I'll be able to get their new stuff from eMusic.com. Oh well.)
E Nomine is good too. He's a German Trance artist that has mostly Christian themes in all of his songs.
