Sometimes after it has been going for a while it makes this loud buzzing sound. The first time, I ran out of the house cause I thought it meant the dryer was on fire- but it wasn't. It just always makes that noise.

It may be your dryer's way of punishing you for asking frivolous questions on Answers or it is just giving you something to do since it seems that you get bored easily.

it is a signal to let you know it is done. usually they go off about ten minutes before the drier shuts off.
when the cool down cycle begins.

It's the timer saying your clothes are dry (at least according to the setting you put it on).

the buzzing sound means that your food is done. Open the door and take it out. DUH!!!
