another sims 2......? sorry?

ok so this girl tells me that i cant run the sims content manager or body shop then how am i suppose to download it i have double click on a content manager. or it wont work i give up nothing is helping

Content manager is not a download program. So you don't need it running when you do downloads.

Its purpose is to look over your stuff already installed, which are in your download folder when you are not playing the game. If you could try to use it to modify your game while you are playing it at the same time, you will create problems and crash your game or worse.

Use Content manager to see what's in your download folder. Again, it is not a downloading program for new content. It just rolodexes things you already have, so you can flip through them and enable or disable or even completely delete stuff.
