I was in a meeting in the board room the other day. It was the weekly meeting held by the department manager for the werehouse that I work in. He was explaining the new form for the workers of the werehouse to fill out if we come up with an idea that would benefit the company. The form allows us to voice our ideas. He was explaining the criteria that our ideas had to meet in order to be excepted as usable. If the idea is used and reaches the criteria key points, wich is four of them, that person will receive five hundred dollars cash. In forming our idea we could use argonomics. What do you think he ment by that? What does argonomics mean?

Ergonomics. It means that you make the work flow comfortable for the human body. Boxes are placed where you can reach them without straining, your chair is the right height to work at your computer without back strain, etc.
