I'm putting together a western type costume and I need a holster for the replica pistol I have (Circa 1861). If anyone knows a place where I can get one (Not online) or anyother western type thing that would be great.

Also wanted to know about Civil War Reenactment stuff, if anyone knows a place with stuff like that that would be awesome.

One way is to do like they did, make your own. For a leather holster you can ask at a Saddle Maker,Boot smith or an Upholstery Shop. Each of these industries and trades is someway involved in the working of the various textiles and hardware that is used in the assembly or construction of such items.
As a Trimmer,Upholsterer I have done such as this. The costs was obscenely high but what we made will last a long time. I am most certain that such things can also be bought at retail stores, gun shop, saddle shop hardware or thrift stores.
But for a true quality and the only custom designed, one of a kind item, have a Tradesman Upholsterer craft one for you.
You can contact some of the Historical Societies and inquire as to whom they reccomend. Ask some of the peoples at an event where, who or how was that made?
Fun is real.

Try To Go To Big 5. They Have Many Guns, And They Probably Have Gun Accessories Too. I Hope This Helped!
