I would go to Chicago, I live 40 miles from there, I would visit Major Richard Daley, I would ask him for a job position with him and staff. I would also go to the top of sears tower and tell everyone what a great orthopedic surgeon I have at Northwestern because he is the best and so is the hospital.

To start with I'd make some of the world Nations draw up an irreversible agreement regarding peace and justice. USA would have to agree to control its emissions like a lot of other countries. All the world would have to disarm and start projects to give the poor a chance to work themselves out of poverty. After that I'd have a huge concert organised so that I could star in it to my hearts content.

If it was for only one day, not much. I'd have to face the consequences the next day since the statute of limitations last longer than a day and the people I was around may forgive, but not forget.
