No, usually when you wear a bra that is way too small you will get quadriboob, where your chest spills over the top of the bra and it looks like you have four boobs.

If you're a C and wear a B bra, all it will do is make your girls spill out the top, and not in a good way.

I wouldn't try, then it would look like you had 4 boobs, go with a size C padded push up bra.
