does anyone know where I can get the original song or who composed it...? do you know any information about it that could possibly lead me to finding the song? the one song I am talking about it... very twinkley sounding!

IT IS NOT BY T.I.! it is a ringtone already on certain phones and it is called "King" it's a sort of twinkley song.
