There are way more than four.
A, B, AB, and O - each of these blood types has the A antigen or the B antigen, both, or neither. Let me explain.
Type A has only the 'A' antigen.
Type B has only the 'B' antigen.
Type AB has both 'A' and 'B' anitigens.
Type O has neither.
There is also '+' and '-' for rhesus factor (first discovered in rhesus monkeys), but I assume your high school biology teacher is not testing you on such an 'advanced' concept...

blood groups : A, B, O, and AB
antigens (in the same order): A, B, none, A and B antigens If you're dealing with a sophisticated course, you might need to say those with O group have Le or Lewis antigens.
antibodies (in the same order): anti B, anti A, anti A and anti B, none of these
