Unfortunately there are a limited number of jobs in which the primary prerequisite is a B.S. in Psychology, I know first hand. However, as stated earlier, it does give you a broad educational basis which is good when applying to Graduate School.
If Graduate School is not in your future then there are a multitude of different jobs in which a B.S. in Psychology prepares you for, however these jobs do usually require some additional training in conjunction with your training to earn your degree.
If you want to work in the Mental Health/Social Services Area, as many who pursue a Psychology degree, here are a few options:
behavior analyst
director of volunteer services
probation/parole officer
case worker
drug/substance abuse counselor
program manager
child protection worker
employment counselor
rehabilitation advisor
corrections officer
family service worker
residential youth counselor
counselor aide
group home coordinator
social service director
day care center supervisor
mental retardation unit manager
veterans' advisor

There are literally hundreds of jobs you could get with a B.S. in psychology. The ones that jump immediately to mind are jobs at any MHMR (Mental Health and Mental Retardation) office. There are huge numbers of Psychologists needed in the Health and Human Resources field (foodstamps, AFDC, WIC), There are jobs available at places such as High Frontiers Residential Treatment Facility to help teenagers with family, drug and alcohol issues. You have one of the most valuable degrees going. Try Senior Citizen Homes, hospitals--I haven't even mentioned the public schools. Go for it!

I have a B.A. in Psychology from a top 10 public school. The answer is absolutely nothing related to the field of psychology. Don't get lied to by your counselor. If you like management, you should seek that as a major since it opens more doors.
